Joe Minicozzi is an urban planner imagining new ways to think about and visualize land use, urban design and economics. Joe founded Urban3 to explain and visualize market dynamics created by tax and land use policies. Urban3 performed a revenue analysis of city parcels which is a component of the ongoing comprehensive plan update. This is an opportunity for citizens to hear how some of the inner workings and tough decisions of development lead to city growth and ongoing fiscal solvency.

Planning and Development is responsible for reviewing, permitting, licensing and inspecting all construction within the Covington city limits.
