“AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COVINGTON, GEORGIA, TO AMEND THE COVINGTON MUNICIPAL CODE, ENACTED AND ADOPTED ON THE 16TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2001, AS AMENDED BY PREVIOUS AMENDMENTS, TO ALTER CERTAIN PROVISION OF TITLE 16 OF THE SAID CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE PURPOSE OF AMENDING SECTION 16.08.010 (DEFINITIONS) OF CHAPTER 16.08 (INTERPETATIONS AND DEFINITIONS), AMENDING SECTIONS 16.16.020  (PERMITTED USES) AND 16.16.030 (SPACE DIMENSIONS) OF CHAPTER 16.16 (STANDARD ZONING DISTRICTS), DELETING  SECTIONS 16.20.205 (DWELLING, MULTIFAMILY) AND 16.20.255 (DWELLING, TOWNHOUSE) OF CHAPTER 16.20 (SUPPLEMENTAL USE PROVISIONS), AMENDING SECTION 16.28.020 (BUILDING DESIGN) AND ADOPTING SECTION 16.28.025 (BUILDING TYPOLOGY) WITHIN  CHAPTER  16.28 (CIVIC DESIGN), AMENDING SECTION 16.40.010 (OPEN SPACE) AND SECTION 16.40.020 (BUFFER REQUIRED) WITHIN CHAPTER 16.40 (OPEN SPACE, BUFFERS AND SCREENING) THEREOF, TO REPEAL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.”

“AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COVINGTON, GEORGIA, TO AMEND THE COVINGTON MUNICIPAL CODE, ENACTED AND ADOPTED ON THE 16TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2001, AS AMENDED BY PREVIOUS AMENDMENTS, TO ALTER CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF TITLE 10 OF THE SAID CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE PURPOSE OF AMENDING SECTION 10.08.011 (THROUGH TRAFFIC IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS) AS A PART OF CHAPTER 10.08 (PARKING AND THROUGH TRAFFIC) THEREOF, TO REPEAL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.”
