Due to the threat of inclement weather on Halloween, the 2019 Scare on the Square has been moved to Friday, November 1, 2019. It will now be held at Legion Field (3173 Mill Street * Covington, GA). Local businesses, groups and public safety organizations will be handing out candy from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Adult supervision is required at all times.
