Downtown Master Plan: Phase I + Phase II

Both Phase I and Phase II of the City of Covington's Downtown Master Plan are now available to view.

PHASE I: On August 5, 2024, the City of Covington Mayor and Council adopted the 2024 Downtown Master Plan, Phase I. This plan contains the vision for the future of the downtown area and will help guide the city in achieving the vision. For Phase I, the foundation has been laid, boundary area identified, and a next step process has been defined. Select here to review Phase I.

PHASE II: The Downtown Master Plan, Phase II, was adopted by Mayor Council on June 15, 2026. Our community's input was been vital for creating the initial draft plan and the final plan as we formulated a clearer picture of the vision for downtown Covington. Select here to review Phase II.
