City of Covington Electric Outages Map Now Available Online
It is FINALLY here...the online Electric Outages Map + two new features to report outages!

With the new Outage Map, customers can go online and see where power outages exist on the City of Covington system as well as report an outage. There are currently two ways to report your outage:
- Visit the Outage Map web page at https://cityofcovington.org/index.php?section=outage_map and select the "Report An Outage" button.
- Call the new dedicated outage phone number at 770-450-0872. If it is after hours, you may first hear that Customer Service is closed, but you can still report your outage after this message. Please follow all prompts. We recommend saving this phone number in your phone for quick retrieval.

Outages during major storms are typically monitored real time, but this is an extra layer of communication for our customers to report outages. Thank you to our team in the Electric Department for their hard work in implementing this feature for our citizens.
