CHANGE OF VENUE - CONCERTS ARE FREE BUT PLEASE RESERVE A TICKET FOR THIS ONE!
Here are the IMPORTANT details for the evening:
1. Please visit https://bit.ly/LiveAtOHCO_ElectricAvenue091324 to get your FREE ticket for the evening. Due to limited capacity (1000 people) inside the venue, we ask all concert-goers to register for a ticket. A ticket does not guarantee a chair...approx. 700 chairs.
2. Doors will open at 6:15 PM for the concert. The music will start at 7 PM.
*3a. If possible, vehicles need to use Highway 278 to enter Robinson Street. Follow CPD officers’ instructions for parking, which will be marked with signage. Please be considerate of our neighbors in the surrounding neighborhoods. Do not park on the streets in front of houses in the area.
*3b. If traveling by golf cart, use Clark Street to right on West Street to left on Gold Street. We ask that golf carts only use this route to limit the amount of traffic flowing through the surrounding neighborhoods. Golf carts are not allowed on Hwy. 278/state highways.
4. Designated handicap parking will be available and marked with signage. It is first come, first served.
5. No outside tables or chairs will be allowed inside the venue. OHCO is providing a limited number of tables and chairs (approximately 700 chairs), based on a first-come, first-serve basis. There will be limited standing room once seats/tables are taken.
6. Food trucks will be on-site (Chick-Fil-A, ISSA Funnel, Bradley's Bar-B-Que, Madd Lulu).
7. We advise bringing an umbrella/poncho for walking to the venue from parking/grabbing food at the food trucks.
8. Robinson Street is a two-way street that will be open to the public. Please use caution when entering Robinson Street. Be mindful of pedestrians approaching the venue.
9. Golf carts may take Clark Street to West Street to Gold Street to access the venue.
