6.      Discussion of Public Hearing and first reading for a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Sec. 16.16.020 to add the use of Cigar Lounge to the Use Table, Sec. 16.08.010 to add definitions pertaining to the use of a Cigar Lounge, and Chapter 16.20 to add Supplemental Use Provisions for the use as a Cigar Lounge.

7.      Discussion of Agreement of Mutual Aid with Rockdale County.

8.      Discussion of GDOT Indication of Roundabout Support at SR 12 @ SR 142.

9.      Discussion of implementation of 4-way stop at Newton Drive and Adams Street.

10.  Discussion of RFPs for the Downtown Square Utilities Relocation Project.

11.  Discussion of RFPs for the design and installation of shade structures at Central Park.

12.  Discussion of amending the current budget to include additional revenues & expenditures as actual figures become available.
