D. Initiate an amendment to Section 16.20.635 of the Zoning Ordinance concerning short-term vacation rentals requiring that a property operating as a licensed short-term vacation rental shall be used exclusively for transient lodging purposes only. No other commercial, assembly, or event-related use shall be permitted. Other sections of Title 16 – Zoning may be amended as it pertains to language for the above stated uses for compliance with other ordinance regulations and public safety.
E. Initiate a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Sec. 16.20 Supplemental Use Provisions. Sec. 16.20.690 – Swimming pool, home regarding removing the requirement of health department approval for residential swimming pools.
F. Initiate a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Sec. 16.16.020 – Permitted uses, regarding removing the “Parking and storage of large vehicles” from the Use Table under the category “Transportation and Warehousing”.
G. Initiate a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Sec. 16.28 Civic Design. Sec. 16.28.070 – Designated corridor bonus density criteria, regarding removing the entire section of 16.28.070. Other sections of Title 16 – Zoning may be amended as it pertains to language for the above stated uses for compliance with other ordinance regulations and public safety.
H. Initiate a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Sec. 16.16 Standard Zoning Districts. Sec. 16.16.020 – Permitted Uses, regarding Data Centers and Section 16.20 Supplemental Uses. Other sections of Title 16 – Zoning may be amended as it pertains to language for the above stated uses for compliance with other ordinance regulations and public safety.
