DESCRIPTION:\n	\n\n	The Newton County Solid Waste Management Authority (NCSWMA)\, Keep Newton Beautiful (KNB)\, and the City of Covington invite Newton County residents to bring tires to the FREE Tire Disposal Day event at the Hazelbrand Road Convenience Center (11585 Hazelbrand Rd.) on Saturday\, October 17\, from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. Each vehicle will be limited to 10 tires. This recycling event will be for Newton County residents only\, and staff will ask participants to present identification and proof of residency.  No tires with rims and no commercial tires will be accepted.\n
