In celebration of the City's Bicentennial, we visited a home that has been around almost as long as Covington: The Twelve Oaks Bed & Breakfast. And our tour guide through his personal history at the iconic home was retired Covington City Manager Frank B. Turner. Formally known as Whitehall, Mr. Turner's family purchased the home in 1903 and it remained in the Turner family until 1985.
