Keep Newton Beautiful and Newton County Solid Waste Management Authority present the Free Tire and Paint Disposal Day for Newton County residents only! Newton County residents may bring up to 10 tires and/or 5 gallons of paint per vehicle to the Cook Road Convenience Center (10 Cook Road, 30014). Bring your ID and proof of residency. No tires with rims and no commercial tires. Receive a free hot dog lunch if you bring tires/paint while supplies last!
