Contact COVFarmersMarket@cityofcovington.org with questions. Once we receive, verify and accept your application, you will receive an email from our office confirming receipt along with Fire Marshal Vendor Requirements. Please allow up to 72 business hours for response. There will be a deliberation period regarding acceptance of applications.
Please note: Depending on the number of interested vendors, the Market Committee reserves the right to refuse or delay the participation of any vendor regardless if they meet the minimum criteria. This is in an effort to create a market that isn’t saturated with multiple offerings of the same product.

Christmas in July Market on the Square is back for its third year! Join us on the Covington Square on Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for over 80 vendors of arts, crafts, food items and other artisan made wares + Christmas music and Santa in July. Applications opened at 10 a.m. on June 20, 2025 and are now closed as of Tuesday, June 24, 2025.

A few key reminders for vendors:
- The booth fee is a $25 non-refundable fee, paid by cash or check (made out to Discover Covington). Once application is accepted, payment can be dropped off or mailed to the Covington Welcome Center, Attn: Christmas in July Market, 1143 Oak Street SE, Covington, GA 30014. Booth fees are due by July 12, 2025. Failure to pay the booth fee by this date will forfeit your space.
- Applications for the 2025 Christmas in July are now closed.
- The booth fee covers the 10x10 space. It does not include tents, chairs or electricity.
- We encourage vendors to decorate their booths with a festive, holiday theme!
