The City of Covington has hired a contractor, RDJE, Inc., to perform sewer manhole rehabilitation for manholes that are in poor condition around the City.  The subcontractor that will be doing a portion of the work is Vortex Services, LLC.  You may see either the contractor or subcontractor on the following streets during this time performing work.  This list is subject to change as the work is completed and the contractor and subcontractor move to different areas of the City:
