*If you are a City of Covington electric customer and you lose power, please do not call 911. Only call 911 in case of emergency or if you see power lines on the ground...do not go near downed power lines.

*In the event of a power outage for City of Covington electric customers, please call 770-385-2000 or use the "Report An Issue/Report A Power Outage" feature on the City of Covington's website at https://bit.ly/CityOfCOV_ReportAnIssue. If you call 770-385-2000 and do not immediately get an answer, the system may be fielding multiple phone calls so please try again.
