American Public Gas Association GOAL Tool + Survey

The City of Covington is conducting an American Public Gas Association Gas Overall Awareness Level tool (APGA GOAL tool) to measure safety-awareness effectiveness.

Help improve response times to leak calls and increase safety awareness by completing the Gas Safety Survey being conducted by Blue Otter Solutions on behalf of the City of Covington. As the City of Covington Natural Gas Department works to improve the future safety of natural gas in our community, we NEED our citizens input.
 
The American Public Gas Association GOAL Tool will help us gain insight and knowledge on our system’s public awareness program and measures our program's effectiveness to comply with requirements.
