Commercial & Residential Waste Pickup: Possible Delays
Due to the winter weather predicted for our area on January 31, 2026, there may be a delay in waste pickup services.
January 30, 2026
As of Friday, 1/30/2026, waste pickup service changes include:
- COMMERCIAL WASTE PICKUP (Waste Management): Waste Management trucks will not be picking up on Saturday, January 31, 2026 due to the predicted weather. A determination on pickup services for Monday, February 2, 2026 will be dependent on road conditions.
- RESIDENTIAL WASTE PICKUP (Latham Sanitation): Any delays for the week of February 2, 2026 will be decided closer to the beginning of the week and are dependent on road conditions. At this time, please place your trash cans out on your normally scheduled day and please allow at least 36 hours for retrieval.
