Cricket Frog Trail Crossing Closed at Conyers Street: April 21-April 30, 2026

Starting Tuesday, April 21, 2026, the Cricket Frog Trail will be closed at Conyers Street due to the ongoing Conyers Street Stormwater Project. The trail will be impassable from either direction across Conyers Street through at least Thursday, April 30, 2026 (weather and/or unforeseen circumstances could cause delays in construction).
 
SUGGESTED DETOUR: Between trail access points at Thompson Avenue and Pemberton Drive coming from the north (select here for map):
  • Leave the Trail and go right/west on Thompson Avenue
  • Go left/south on Smith Street
  • Cross Conyers Street and go straight/south on Academy Springs Circle
  • Go left/east on Dorchester Drive
  • Go left/east on Brookhaven Drive
  • Go left/southeast on Pemberton Drive
  • Take the trail access path off Pemberton Drive to rejoin the trail.
*If coming from the Bypass/south, reverse these instructions.
 
Please note Conyers Street will also be closed to vehicular traffic at the CFT crossing. Traffic headed west on Conyers Street should use Dearing St. or Elizabeth St. as a detour. Traffic headed east on Conyers Street should use East Street (preferred) or Butler Avenue as a detour. Thank you for your patience during construction.
