This year the 36th Annual Fuzz Run, presented by SteelCo Buildings, Inc., will be held at Legion Field (3173 Mill Street, Covington) for the first time in its history. Always held the second Saturday of September, the 2019 Fuzz Run is happening on Saturday, September 14th.
The Fuzz Run is the largest fundraiser for the Police Who Care Fund. The fund contributes to the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, Special Olympics, YMCA, ProjectRenewal, Miracle League, and Shop with a Cop, just to name a few. In addition, the fund makes a $1000 contribution to the beneficiaries of every Georgia law enforcement officer who dies in the line of duty.
