Request: Approval of items below
1. Replace / repaint rotten 2” x 4” hand railings at front of the building and handicap ramp.
2. Remove existing metal fencing that encloses front patio in order to redesign railing to connect the two patios, allowing the fencing to run all the way to the handicap rail.
3. Remove existing ADA ramp and install concrete pad, changing direction of ramp by pouring slab from the walkway under awning and run it down the bottom of the old ramp, rebuilding the handrails to what is existing.
4. Repair / replace rotten wood trim under soffits for paint preparations.
5. Repair / replace rotten side paneling for paint preparations.
6. Replace broken glass window panels located on the back porch with same glass panels (glass for replacement is currently on site)
7. Paint building medium to dark gray.
8. Paint murals on existing rear box cars to reflect Covington’s filming history (i.e. Vampire Diaries and/or Dukes of Hazard theme murals)
