Request: To annex approximately 3.4 acres of a 6.1 acre-tract that is located in unincorporated Newton County zoned R-3 to the city of Covington and rezone to M-1 Light Industrial to expand the existing RV Park that is developed on the remaining portion of the tract within the city limits.
