5. Covington Fire Department to discuss the need for community input for 5-year Strategic Plan Survey.

6. Public hearing and discussion of a resolution for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Redevelopment Fund (RDF) 2025 Application submission with regards to the Conyers Street Gymnasium located at 1146 Conyers Street.

7. Public hearing and discussion of a Special Use Permit for an event facility to be located at 1114 Brown Street.

8. Discussion of appointment of Elected Official to serve on the Parking Authority until Dec. 31, 2025

9. Discussion of RFPs for an Outage Management System (OMS) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) for the Electric Department.

10. Discussion of RFPs for wood pole inspections, pad mount transformer inspections, joint use pole attachment audit, NESC saftey audit, and hourly engineering services.

Discussion of the first reading of an ordinance for the City of Covington:“AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COVINGTON, GEORGIA, TO AMEND THE COVINGTON MUNICIPAL CODE, ENACTED AND ADOPTED ON THE 16TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2001, AS AMENDED BY PREVIOUS AMENDMENTS, TO ALTER CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF TITLE 16 OF THE SAID CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADOPTING CHAPTER 3.20 (SECONDARY ELECTRIC SUPPLIERS); TO REPEAL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.”

12. Discussion of proposed street list for the 2025 Local Road Assistance Administration Fund (LRA) Supplemental Grant.
