Historic Preservation Committee (HPC) Board Public Hearing

The HPC makes recommendations to Mayor and Council on specific places, sites, districts, buildings and structures to be designated by ordinance as historic properties or historic districts.
Tuesday, December 10, 2024 | 6:00 pm
The purpose of the Planning Commission is to review and make recommendations to Mayor and Council on proposed amendments to the comprehensive plan, zoning ordinance, official zoning map, and applications for special use permits. CPC meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
Monday, December 16, 2024 | 6:30 pm
City Council meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of each month unless otherwise scheduled due to a holiday. There will only be one council meeting in December 2024.
Board of Appeals & Adjustments (BOAA) Public Hearing
Tuesday, December 17, 2024 | 6:00 pm
The BOAA has the powers to hear and decide variances and to hear appeals on decisions of the Planning and Development Department. Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
